Fused Silicate Scrim

These light fast action rods are designed to quickly
maximize line speed with an easy forward casting stroke. They
fully load on the first back cast and minimize the shock and
fatigue of a performance forecast. The Quartz exterior scrim is
an impact resistant woven astroquartz that both protects the
high modulus graphite and quickly dampens the action,
preventing deflection and inaccurate casts.
We have added 24 new models to the EXS series. There is a
full range of 4-piece rods and many new sizes including
small trout rods, ten footers, double handed rods and a blue
water fifteen weight.

Five Piece-HM Graphite

Five piece rods have become standard. When they first became
necessary for secure travel they were either very expensive or not
quite ready to fish. These next generation many piece rods are
convenient without compromise. There is almost an advantage to a
five piece rod from a design standpoint, but we are not ready to
talk about it.
